Tranquil Lagoon

The island was a safe haven from storms for Polynesian sailors over the centuries; the entrance to the lagoon is 35 feet deep and about 200 feet wide, easily accommodating yachts over 200 feet into the serene lagoon. The island still provides a safe and luxurious haven from the storms of everyday life and is the only resort in the largely uninhabited and pristine archipelago, offering privileged visitors an image of Polynesian life as it was hundreds of years ago.

The Beaches

The island has spectacular sugar-white beaches on the east and western sides of the island, with the villa development on the western side to take advantage of the magnificent South Pacific sunsets. The island was an operating coconut plantation in the 19th century leaving the entire island scattered with swaying coconut palms creating the ultimate tropical ambiance.

About The Resort

The Facilities

The entire island was incorporated into the resort design including the very spacious individual villas on the beach, the main complex soaring 100' above the lagoon, the full service spa facility, dining pavilion (including a show kitchen and "European" wine cellar like no other in the region), golf course, roads, jetty and marina, dive center and many other facilities.

Main Complex

The main resort complex is comprised of the open air lobby providing panoramic ocean views, relaxed lounge, impressive air conditioned dining pavilion with one-of-a-kind rock lined wine cellar, state of the art meeting facilities, unique roof top theater, boutique, a full service spa including a gym, hair salon, indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, and salt water pools, soars 100 feet above the turquoise lagoon, offering sublime vistas and spectacular sunsets.

The Villas

The spacious private villas are scattered along the crystal clear water's edge on a magnificent beach.

Each of the 20 private air-conditioned beachfront Bures (Villas) is uniquely designed and will be sumptuously furnished with native woods, soft embracing fabrics and four-poster king size beds enveloped in sheer soaring canopies. The luxuriously appointed marble bathrooms with thermal spa tub (built for two), his and her vanities, and indoor/outdoor showers, will exceed your expectations of luxury and comfort.

All the villas have a private lanai with fresh water splash pool - the perfect place to enjoy a magnificent Blue Lagoon sunset while sipping a chilled glass of champagne. And, for those who can't quite leave everything behind, each villa is also equipped with discretely placed communication equipment, allowing Internet access.

Activities and Amenities

Whether your interests lean toward land pursuits such as golf, cycling, spelunking (the island boasts nine spectacular caves), tennis, or to the cool, crystal blue waters for snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, internationally acclaimed sport fishing, or world renowned scuba diving, an intoxicating blend of sights, activities and unforgettable memories await you.

The caves are truly amazing with large caverns and corridors of stalagmites and stalactites. The deepest explored part of the cave is 400 feet below the surface. "Take a lot of rope!"

For the less adventurous, stray no further than the hammock in front of your own spacious villa while gazing at the dazzling turquoise blue lagoon - possibly spying a playful dolphin or sea turtle. Guest may enjoy a massage on their private ocean side lanai.

Day trips will also be possible to a secluded neighboring island providing a memorable and private couple's getaway.

Resort Revenue

The new owner could finish the construction as planned and open the resort in about 6 to 9 months, generating almost immediate return on their investment. Once the resort is open the value of the island development would be approximately $44 Million Dollars.

Future Development

Future plans include a pearl farm (feasibility study completed) a luxury yacht component to add to the resort development and up to 30+ units over the water.

About Fiji

Images for Fiji.

Fiji is an archipelago comprising some 332 separate islands in the south-eastern region of the Pacific Ocean. The group is arranged like a horseshoe around the Koro Sea, lying south of the equator. The tropical location is world renowned as a holiday destination due to the warm climate, natural beauty and friendly people.

Fiji, with its many scenic islands, is one of the most distinctive and beautiful areas in the world. Fiji is blessed with a mild climate, abundant sea life, tropical waters and excellent sailing conditions. The blue sky and crystal clear waters of Fiji are warmed year-round by a gentle sun. Add to this the numerous fascinating tours, modern facilities and locals known for their humor and hospitality and it is easy to see why Fiji is such a popular tourist destination. Fiji's location near the equator protects the region from any violent storms and the numerous reefs protect the island from tidal surges and heavy waves.
